Since Phil McGillivan was dropped from the mainstream mhedia in Scotland, he has evidently reasoned that he is now unemployable in Scotland, and decided on all out attack on the Rangers support, armed with nothing more than plagiarised reports, creative licence, and a healthy volume of hatred. A few years ago, when a small band of Rangers fans populated The Scotsman forums in order to defend the club from the incessant attacks on everything remotely Rangers related, from the likes of James Molloy, Phil McGillivan and co, I signed up for the Scotsman Daily Email. Since the limiting of the comments facility on there, we have less and less reasons to visit their pages, but the daily emails keep coming. Some days the email gets deleted without being clicked; sometimes the headlines are scanned first, and sometimes I actually take the time to see what they’re writing. |
